Born in the Indian State of Tamil Nadu, he started his career as a Civil Engineer.

In 1993 after being inspired by the Holy Spirit, he formed the Spiritual Revival Ministry with his younger brother Stanley Joseph. From that day till then brother Francis Xavier has been a talented preacher who’s blunt and direct words inspire us towards action.

God has blessed him with a lovely family. He is married to Sis. Beenu and has two children, Kevin and Andrea, together as a family they work tirelessly for the Kingdom of God.

He is God fearing person and is a committed family man who preaches the Gospel of Christ along with his wife, Sis. Rincy and their three children, Daniel, Moses and Sarah, who are budding praise and worship leaders and singers.

Before he became an ambassador for Christ he was a Financial Management post graduate working in the Kerala high court as an advocate until 2001. He has a 2 year diploma in BLC from the Diocese of Palai, Kerala and has also finished a course in Apologetics. The Mission League, KCYM & Jesus Youth have been stepping stones in his spiritual journey.
