My God is Faithful!

I was laid off from my job in June due to Covid-19 pandemic. During the first week, I was feeling very low and suffocating in my own anxious mind yet I kept feeding my faith by participating in online praise & worship sessions, listening to the Gospel preaching and continued reading and meditating on the Word of God, depending totally on God.

I asked SRM intercessory prayer warriors to keep me in prayer during my job search. I began to apply for jobs and there was no response but few employers said that the hiring is on hold due to the current situation. I tried to remain positive during this time knowing that in all things God works for the good with those who love God and those whom He has called according to his purpose – Rom 8:28

I continued to pray for all those who have lost jobs due to the pandemic and kept thanking God in advance for what He was going to do in my life.

Miraculously, last month all of a sudden I received a call from a company- where I never even applied or send my resume and the HR staff asked me if I m looking for a job and they have a position available and I have to start ASAP. All praise and glory to God!

It is great reminder that for God’ s children, there are only God -incidences not coincidences. Not only my God provided me the job at the right time but also job closer to my home as I worried about my commute to work during the winters. Nothing is impossible with God! He cares for every detail of our life.

Jesus my Healer

In 2006 I came to Dubai to work and it was always my dream to come to this place and all of a sudden, my sister rang me from Bahrain to share the news that there is a vacancy that’s come up in the company she worked for while she was in Dubai and without any interview I was hired and got the job, got promoted after a few years and am still with the company, it’s been 15 years now

I got married and am now blessed with two beautiful children. In 2012 my husband met with an accident while I was pregnant with our first child but He got saved, my son was born in October that year and he was very sick, stayed in the hospital for almost 40 days with lots of complications but the Lord kept him strong and still does, it was during this time that I came more closer to the Lord and experienced his strength and comfort.

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble – Psalm 46:1

My son had an operation in 2020 for his heart condition in the month of January and it all went well by God’s protection and blessings, a good medical team to attend his case and prayers of everyone.

In 2016 I had some issues with my second pregnancy but my daughter was safe and is thriving now.

I do feel humbled in every way for the God of all glory, honor and praise has never abandoned me and He will never stop loving us no matter what. I firmly believe in Jesus as my personal Saviour and king. Alleluia!
