Heavenly Father I come to your presence in Jesus name. forgive all my sins and cleanse me from all my iniquity with the Blood of Jesus. Send you Holy Spirit with your healing power that my mind and body may be healed from (mention the sickness).

My Lord you rebuke every spirit of sickness that I may experience total and complete healing in my mind and body. I believe Lord that I have been healed through the Stripes an Blood of Jesus Christ my only Lord and Savior (1Pet 2:24).

Jesus, my Lord send forth your word (Ps 107:20) and release your angelic healing ministry (John 5:4,7 / Heb 1:14) that I may be blessed.

Lord Jesus kindly shield me with Thy precious and Holy Blood from the crown of my head to the very soles of my feet. Lord Jesus kindly send the Fire, the Holy spirit to be around me and protect me (Zech 2:5) 

Lord Jesus kindly put on me the whole and complete armor of God (Eph 6:13-18)

Lord Jesus kindly send your guardian angels to guard me (Ps 91)

Heavenly Father keep me free today from evil, sin, temptation, Satan’s attacks and afflictions, fear of darkness, fear of man, sickness, diseases, doubts, anger, all calamities and from all that is not of Thy will and kingdom.

Holy spirit fill me with Thy precious spirit to walk in Thy Holiness. create thirst in my mind for the word of God.

Jesus my Saviour, for the gift of Yourself to me, I give myself entirely to You. 

Take my life O Lord, may it be a song of praise to You.
Take my understanding, give me the Grace to seek and to know only You.
Take my memory, fill me with the remembrance of Your mercies to me.
Take my will, my God, may Your will be the rule of my life.
Take my eyes, my Jesus, let them behold You in every face and every event.
Take my ears, help me to be attentive to Your voice and to be gentle whispering of Your Spirit with me.
Take my lips, my God, let them sing the Glory of Your name.
Take my tongue, may its silence speak to You.
take my hands, my Lord, grant that in all those who come in contact with me may feel Your gentle touch.
Take my feet, my Jesus, wherever they carry me, may it be only in Your service and let them bring my soul close to you.
Take my heart, my Lord, may it be a tabernacle for You my Saviour, to dwell within me, a throne for Your majesty to rule over me.
Fill me with Your love, that I may be entirely consumed by You.

Last but not the least, one thing more I dare to ask of you: that as you transform Bread & Wine into Your Body and Blood upon the Altar of Sacrifice to feed Your little ones, transform me this day to fulfill Your plan of redemption in me, so that it is no longer I that live, but You, my Saviour who lives and reigns in me, with the Father and the Holy Spirit now and eternally.

O Miraculous Infant Jesus! We prostrate before your image and beseech you to cast a merciful look on our troubled hearts.
Let your tender heart, so inclined to pity, be softened by our prayers, and grant us that grace for which we ardently implore you.  (Mention your request here)

Take from us all afflictions and despair, all trials and misfortunes with which we are laden. For your Sacred Infancy’s sake, hear our prayers and send us consolation and aid, that we may praise you with Father and the Holy Spirit, forever and ever.
